If you are not 100% satisfied with your 925 Silver Shine's purchase, within 30 days, please return your unused, unworn or Manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (DEDUCTING THE SHIPPING CHARGES).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit or original payment method, within a 7-10 working days.

  • Goods that are personalized, Bespoke or made to order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal in instances where the seal is broken are non refundable, unless faulty.
  • Damaged items - items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please email us within 2 days of delivery with clear digital photos clearly showing the damage. Our customer support team will make contact to advise the next steps.
  • International orders – 'theworldboutique.com' will refund the exact amount of a cancelled order (less original shipping) in Australian Dollars, however for international orders the currency at the time will dictate how much will be deposited back into your account. We will not be liable for any discrepancy of currency at the time of the refund. Please note, local banks may apply foreign currency conversion fee, 'theworldboutique.com' will not be liable to refund such fee or charges.
  • Money guarantees on items purchased at 'theworldboutique.com' which are damaged or defective and that are unused (still has tags attached) can be returned within 30 days and we will refund the money. Unused means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered any of the items. Items must be secured in their original packaging if possible.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATION

925silvershine.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Before shipping the order customer can also request for order cancellation, Please contact our Customer Delight team at +91 9509288997 to cancel your orders. The amount paid online will be refunded in original payment method within 7 working days.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

- If we ship the product before your cancellation email, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
